Project EnergyConnect
Project EnergyConnect is 330 KV interconnector being constructed along a 900km alignment from Robertstown, SA to Wagga Wagga, NSW. Struber was engaged to assist with the organisation and facilitation of a Local Industry Forum for Project EnergyConnect in the town of Renmark in South Australia, that would connect the client with local businesses and aid discussions between the parties to best understand mutual outcomes for the project. Connecting the client with Renmark and the wider regional community would inform local businesses about the project and would initiate conversations between the client and local businesses for potential work in the future as Project EnergyConnect progresses. Project EnergyConnect will deliver a range of direct benefits for consumers in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria including lower power prices, improved energy security and increased economic activity.
Canberra Light Rail
Canberra Light Rail is the ACT’s biggest infrastructure project that will underpin Canberra’s integrated transport network, completing the north-south spine and acting as a crucial enabling project for light rail to be connected to other key areas throughout the city. Over several years since the project's inception, Struber has been engaged in various stages and with government and private teams to support the delivery of the Canberra Light Rail (CLR) project.
Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation

Western Sydney Airport
In 2014, the Australian Government announced that Badgerys Creek would be the site of the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI). Struber was engaged by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications to address key challenges surrounding airspace and flight path design impacts to develop a Community Engagement and Communications Strategy.
Footscray Hospital
The Victorian Government has invested $1.5 billion to deliver a new Footscray Hospital in Melbourne’s West. The new hospital will support the increasing demand of Melbourne’s western suburb populations and ensure families can access health care closer to home.
Parramatta Light Rail
The Parramatta Light Rail project, managed by Parramatta Connect (a CPB Downer Joint Venture), aimed to rejuvenate and connect communities across a span of 12 kilometres between Westmead, Carlingford, Parramatta CBD, and Camellia.
