The Victorian Government has invested $1.5 billion to deliver a new Footscray Hospital in Melbourne’s West. The new hospital will support the increasing demand of Melbourne’s western suburb populations and ensure families can access health care closer to home.

The Parramatta Light Rail project, managed by Parramatta Connect (a CPB Downer Joint Venture), aimed to rejuvenate and connect communities across a span of 12 kilometres between Westmead, Carlingford, Parramatta CBD, and Camellia.

Due to the tight timeline, we mobilised ateam of Struber’s most experienced tender support specialists to help manage the bid, drive the quality and consistency of the writing, and rapidly provide high-quality graphic design and formatting.

Community and stakeholder engagement, Struber’s strategy was an embedded resource to support the creating and deliver of all communication collateral in relation to early works and the two-week 24/7 closure.

Struber hit the ground running to guide and develop key project deliverables for the first 100 days. Struber was immediately embedded in the delivery of communications to raise the project’s profile amongst the community and industry in time for the rapidly approaching start of construction.

Struber was embedded in the City of the Gold Coast office, working closely with the Travel Behaviour Change Team.
