Created as a portfolio entity within the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), Solar Victoria is responsible for the delivery of the Victorian Government’s $1.3 billion Solar Homes Program.
Struber was engaged to undertake market research on four of the solar rebate streams being offered by Solar Victoria, identify, map and analyse target audiences and develop a bespoke marketing plan for each of the four solar rebate streams (hot water, battery, PV (residential) PV (for business)).
Struber delivered stakeholder research and four marketing plans within a six-week period, ready for the start of the new calendar year with an implementation timeline for the coming 18 months. The plans were handed over ready for the client to execute the implementation activities.
