Struber undertook a detailed community profile analysis to understand community issues and opportunities to inform the engagement approach.
This research included holding one-on-one sessions and a workshop to understand success factors on similar Downer projects, and construction methodology opportunities.
During the condensed tender phase, Struber:
- Undertook detailed community research, analysis and profiling
- Attended regular team progress meetings to understand construction methodology opportunities and issues
- Arranged one-on-one meetings with key Downer personnel to inform approach
- Developed engagement approach to address the client returnables, including stakeholder analysis, engagement program, risk mitigation measures and tools and tactics
- Developed and delivered an engagement approach to the wider bid team to seek input and ensure alignment with the broader strategy
