Struber worked with Service Stream, and their strategic partner Boral, to understand their unique values and strengths to map out and develop the brand identity and winning themes that were core to the bid strategy.
Extensive industry and stakeholder research, combined with effective engagement with the Industry Capability Network was primary to the delivery of a Local Industry Development Plan and Social Procurement Plan for each bid region.
Struber played a key strategic role in the VRMC tender submission, including:
- Development of a brand identity and win themes to underpin and strengthen the bid strategy.
- Development of key returnable documents including a Local Industry Development Plans and a Social Procurement Plan for each of the two bid regions
- Supported the bid team to understand the public perception of the tendering organisations by undertaking extensive research into historic media presence
- Engaged with industry leader, Industry Capability Network
- Undertook extensive industry research including identifying more than 100 relevant social enterprises and Aboriginal-owned businesses for the client’s consideration
