Community and stakeholder engagement, Struber’s strategy was an embedded resource to support the creating and deliver of all communication collateral in relation to early works and the two-week 24/7 closure.

Struber worked with DoH to develop a stakeholder engagement strategy that outlined the framework for how the Victorian Government would engage the advisory groups to support the Mental Health Reform roll out.

Struber joined the Lendlease team to assist in delivering engagement activities for the final stages of the $1.143 billion Gateway Upgrade North project (Nudgee to Bracken Ridge). Struber was immediately embedded in the delivery of communications activities to support project deliverables and predicted outcomes from the community who was already very fatigued by the project.

An influential membership organisation with a complex offering, RISSB wanted to increase industry awareness of its value, aiming to retain current members and attract new ones.
