After populating CVs and case studies with information from existing sources, Struber engaged directly with personnel from across the business to create and update CVs, develop and re-draft case studies, and capture valuable information and content from previous submissions.

The client specified the case studies they would like prioritised, the CVs that were most urgent, and the project tender documents that they wanted relevant details extracted from.
The major challenge for Struber was getting feedback or information from busy engineers/project team members.
We overcame this problem by populating case studies/CVs as much as possible before reaching out to project team members so that they only had to provide minimal information.
We also worked with CV nominees to complete new fields in the Downer template, e.g. ‘achievements’ – calling nominees and interviewing them about their achievements, challenges they overcame on a project, etc.
Our ‘bible’ on this project, the tracker kept track of all the collateral we were updating/creating and the phase the collateral was at (e.g., with SME for checking, awaiting headshot, etc.)
An additional tactic was the way we populated collateral before asking for project team assistance. For case studies, we searched online and in Downer’s SharePoint folders for information that could assist us (e.g. Award entries, tender documents). For CVs, we used Downer CVs and LinkedIn, plus personal CVs where required.
We interviewed some of the CV nominees who were having difficulty articulating their achievements on various projects. Struber used a range of questions about challenges, wins, and innovations to draft responses.
All collateral was transferred into the new Downer template.
Downer was provided with the tracker and links to all new content.
