LOGOS and Ivanhoe Cambridge are creating a world-first green star rating logistics hub in the north of Melbourne. Struber was engaged to design, develop, and deliver the communication and engagement activities, as part of the process of achieving a Green Star Communities rating.
Struber integrated as an extension of the wider team, working towards a Green Star Communities rating.
Struber delivered a detailed communications and engagement strategy, Community Resilience Plan, engagement evaluation outcomes report and designed supporting collateral that included a community vision that reflected the views of the local community gained during engagement activities, while aligning to the Green Star Communities rating scale.
Struber was able to set LOGOS up for success, by building long term and meaningful relationships with the community and stakeholders. This approach enabled the development of a tailored approach to communications and engagement that can be replicated and utilised going forward.
